Russell and his team came on time as advertised. I had a tricky situation and they diagnosed the problem after exhausting all avenues, even after they found why. They wanted to MAKE SURE to get it right. They took off their shoes because it was raining and did not want to bring in the weather to the house. When they were finished they cleaned up with a shop vac and explained everything to me. I HIGHLY recommend Russell for anything you need done electrically.
